How we handle your data — in plain language.
MIT Games ("we", "us", or "our") operates the mobile game Chai Empire 3D. This page explains what information we collect, why, and the choices you have. By using the game you agree to the practices described here.
Effective date: 5 October 2026

Chai Empire is an offline single-player game. We do not ask for your name, email, location, contacts or photos, and we do not run our own servers. Your game progress is stored only on your device. The game shows ads from Google AdMob and sells optional in-app purchases through Google Play; those services collect some data as described below.
Game progress, settings and the name you type for your character are saved locally on your phone. They are never sent to us. Uninstalling the game or clearing its data deletes them.
The game uses Google AdMob to show optional rewarded ads and occasional full-screen ads. AdMob may collect and process device identifiers (such as the Android Advertising ID), IP address, approximate location derived from IP, device and app information, and ad interaction data, in order to show, measure and limit ads and to prevent fraud. Ads are filtered to be suitable for teens (content rating T).
If you are in the European Economic Area, the UK or Switzerland, or another region where consent is required, the game asks for your consent before personalised ads are shown, using Google's consent tool. You can change your choice any time in Menu → Settings → Ads & privacy. You can also reset or delete your Advertising ID in your Android settings.
Learn how Google uses data: policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.
Purchases are processed by Google Play. We never see your payment details. Google Play tells the game which products you own so they can be restored.
Chai Empire is intended for players aged 13 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
We do not sell your data. Data collected by Google AdMob and Google Play is handled by Google under its own privacy policy (policies.google.com/privacy) and is transmitted encrypted.
Because we hold no personal data on our side, there is nothing for us to delete; clearing the app's data removes everything stored by the game. For data held by Google, use your Google account settings. For any question, email dev@vefsidugerd.com.
We may update this policy; the effective date above will change when we do.
